1. Acceptance
These terms apply when you use tAI as an individual. By creating an account, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the usage policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have the permission of a parent or guardian to agree to these terms.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised, using the contact details in Section 13.
4. Acceptable use
Use of tAI must comply with the usage policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
5. Your content and our output
You retain ownership of what you submit to tAI. Subject to these terms and the privacy policy, you're free to use output generated for you, and you're responsible for how you use it, including reviewing it before relying on it for a consequential decision.
6. Subscriptions and billing
A paid subscription renews automatically until cancelled, at the price in effect at the time of renewal unless we've given you advance notice of a change. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Changes to the service
We may update tAI over time, including retiring an older model version on the published deprecation schedule at tai.artfical.com/announcements.
8. Disclaimers
tAI can produce incorrect or incomplete information and should not be the sole basis for a high-stakes medical, legal, or financial decision. The Services are provided as described in their own documentation, without other warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Artfical's liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or a reasonable minimum amount where you're on a free plan.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account for a confirmed violation of the usage policy, consistent with the enforcement framework described in the security docs.
11. Dispute resolution
We'd like to resolve a disagreement directly first; contact us using the details in Section 13 before pursuing a formal claim. Nothing here limits a right you have under applicable consumer-protection law to bring a claim in your local courts.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Artfical is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced at tai.artfical.com/announcements ahead of taking effect, and prior versions are preserved at version history. Continued use of tAI after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
